Il Filo Rosso comes from the realization of a dream: restore the ancient yet forgotten cultivation of saffron in Piedmont and start growing fruits such as strawberries, rapsberries, blueberries and blackberries that are used for the production of handcrafted jams.

High quality products totally handmade including: saffron stigmas, saffron liqueur, saffron dipped into acacia honey, dried saffron flowers as well as delicious jams made within few hours after fruit picking as to preserve fruit's organic characteristcs at the best.
