Eremito is an old building surrounded by a natural reserve of over 3000 acres renovated with the most advanced green building techniques that allowed us to keep intact its authenticity and beauty. A new concept of resort to discover the luxury that comes from the past in a place where you can reconnect with yourself and with the rhytms of the natural elements to find the essential. Far from acoustic and electromagnetic pollution (silent mode is kindly required for mobile phones), you will live a unique experience in the light of torches and candles.

You will stay in austere cells eqipped with the necessary modern facilities and will taste our vegetarian cuisine made from the freshest products of the season in the dining room warmed by a beautiful stone fireplace or in the the shade of the vine-covered pergola.

You can either enjoy our small relaxation area with hot tub and a steam room with stones, listening to Gregorian chants and  tasting our homemade infusions or melemito, our official drink.
